- 5 petals Dried Kokum
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery
- ½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 pinch Black Salt
- for garnishing Mint Leaves
- ½ teaspoon Sabja Seeds

Step 1
Soak the Kokum: Rinse the dried kokum and soak it in 2 cups of warm water for 30 minutes.

Extract the Juice: Once the kokum is soft, mash it gently in the same water and strain the liquid.

Mix Well: Add jaggery, roasted cumin powder, and black salt to the kokum water. Stir until the jaggery fully dissolves.

Cool & Serve: Add soaked sabja seeds if using. Serve chilled with ice and mint leaves for extra freshness.
