- 1 Ripe wood apple (bael)
- 1 cup Chilled milk (or plant-based milk like almond/oat)
- 1 tablespoon Jaggery or honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder

Step 1
Crack open the wood apple, scoop out the pulp, and soak it in ½ cup water for 10–15 minutes.

Mash the pulp well and strain to remove seeds and fibers.

In a blender, combine strained pulp, chilled milk, jaggery/honey, and cardamom powder.

Blend until smooth.

Serve chilled, garnished with mint or a sprinkle of cardamom.
