Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Sattu (roasted gram flour)
  • 1 glass Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Jaggery
  • for garnishing Mint Leaves
  • 1 Pinch Black Salt

Instructions

  • Step 1

    In a large glass or jug, add sattu powder.

  • Step 2

    Slowly pour cold water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  • Step 3

    Add lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and jaggery/honey. Mix well.

  • Step 4

    Add ice cubes for extra chill, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  • Step 5

    Serve immediately for best taste and cooling effect.
